Terms & Conditions of Service:
Dogs being walked or cared for must be on a regular flea and worming control.
Countryside Pet Services must be informed of any behavioral problems at the time of booking.
Emergency contact details must be provided but if a decision has to be made then appropriate action will be taken by Countryside Pet Services with the assistance of a veterinary surgeon.
The client is responsible for all veterinary and additional costs whilst in the care of Countryside Pet Services.
Countryside Pet Services. cannot be held responsible for any loss or death either inside or outside the home.
